Yokohama Rubber Company (YRC) has been designing and manufacturing commercial aviation products for nearly 50 years. Yokohama Aerospace America (YAA) is Yokohama's U.S. arm for sales, marketing, spares, and customer support.

You'll find Yokohama products throughout the skies, throughout the world, from lavatory modules and lightweight water tanks to composite panels. We are an OEM partner for new aircraft programs and a retrofit and spares supplier to most major airline companies. Our core business lies in manufacturing lavatory modules for the Boeing 737 and 757, potable water tanks for all Boeing commercial aircraft, except the 717, and waste and water tanks for the Airbus A380.

Since 1917 the Yokohama name has stood for excellence in industrial engineering. Our aviation composites factory, located in Hiratsuka, Japan, has state-of-the-art production facilities and highly advanced quality control equipment. Yokohama Rubber Company is AS9100 and Boeing D6-724877A certified. Yokohama Aerospace has Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) from the FAA and can issue an FAA 8130-3 certificate. Yokohama has a comprehensive research program and we are continually bringing forward new technologies, processes, and products for aviation applications, such as Prepreg products.

We can offer any level of service from supplier to main integrator. Our U.S. Customer Support Center is virtually in Boeing's back yard near Seattle, Washington. (We have been awarded Boeing's "1989 Supplier of the Year" and "2000 Supplier of the Year".) We deliver quick turnaround on spares. And we can be on-site or on-line quickly for technical support, installation assistance, or post-installation help.
